✧ Ali made me ride behind him, then he traveled through the cemetery of Kufa, then raised his head to the sky and said: 'O Allah, forgive me my sins; none forgives sins but You.' Then he turned to me and laughed. I said: 'What is this?' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made me ride behind him, then raised his head and said: Forgive me my sins; none forgives sins but You. Then he turned to me and laughed. I said: O Messenger of Allah, you seek forgiveness from your Lord and turn to me laughing. He said: I laughed at the laughter of my Lord, blessed and exalted, at His servant, for He knew that none forgives sins but He.'
