حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَسُكُوتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا
