حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْعَدَوِيُّ، نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ;
أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى وَزْنِ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ قَالَ: كَانَ قِيمَتَهَا ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ وَثُلُثٌ
Translation

✧ That ‘Abd al-Rahman b. ‘Awf married a woman during the time of the Messenger of God ﷺ for the weight of a date pit of gold. He said: Its value was three and a third dirhams.
