نَا ابْنُ مُثَنَّى، نَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، نَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ; أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
نَهَى أَنْ يَشْرَبَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا

حديث أنس يعني في النهي جيد الإسناد ولكن قد جاء عنه خلافه يعني في الجواز قال ولا يلزم من كون الطريق إليه في النهي أثبت من الطريق إليه في الجواز أن لا يكون الذي يقابله أقوى لأن الثبت قد يروي هو ومن دونه الشيء فيرجح عليه
