حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، نَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، نَا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا بَعَثَنِي بِالْبُدْنِ أَنْ أَنْحَرَهَا، وَأَتَصَدَّقَ بِلُحُومِهَا، فَاسْتَأْذَنْتُهُ فِي جُلُودِهَا وَجِلَالِهَا، فَقَالَ: " تَصَدَّقْ بِهَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me, when he sent me with the sacrificial camels, to slaughter them and to give their meat as charity. I asked his permission regarding their hides and saddle blankets, and he said: “Give them as charity.”
