حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ
كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ، يَدْعُو عَلَى نَاسٍ مِنَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ

✧ In the Fajr prayer, when he raised his head from the second rak‘ah, he would supplicate against certain people among the hypocrites. Then Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed: 'You have no part in the matter, whether He turns to them or punishes them, for they are wrongdoers.'
