وَنَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، نَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ مُخْتَصَرًا، وَزَادَ فِيهِ أَيُّوبُ، فَأَعَدْنَاهُ مِنْ أَجْلِ الزِّيَادَةِ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ إِلَّا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ

Translation

✧ And Yahya b. Habib b. 'Arabi narrated it to us, Yazid b. Zuray' narrated to us, Shu'ba narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet ﷺ with a similar report. This hadith was narrated by 'Ubayd Allah in an abbreviated form, and Ayyub added to it, so we repeated it because of the addition. We do not know anyone who narrated it from Shu'ba, from Ayyub, except Yazid b. Zuray'.
