حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: أَنَّهُ
كَانَ يَأْمُرُ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ بِالْحَرْبَةِ فَيَخْرُجُ فَيُصَلِّي إِلَيْهَا وَالنَّاسُ وَرَاءَهُ، وَكَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ فِي السَّفَرِ
Translation

✧ On the day of Eid, he would order that a spear be brought, then he would go out and pray facing it, with the people behind him. He used to do that also when traveling.
