✧ When he stood for prayer, he said: "God is most great. (I have turned my face to the One who created the heavens and the earth, as a hanif, and I am not of the polytheists. Indeed, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for God, Lord of the worlds, with no partner, and with that I have been commanded, and I am of the Muslims.) O God, You are the King, there is no god but You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I have wronged myself and confessed my sin, so forgive me all my sins; none forgives sins but You. Guide me to the best of morals; none guides to their best but You. Turn away from me their evil; none turns away from me their evil but You. Here I am at Your service and at Your command. All good is in Your hands, and evil is not attributed to You. I am through You and to You. Blessed and exalted are You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You." When he bowed, he said: "O God, to You I have bowed, to You I have submitted, and in You I have believed. My hearing, sight, bones, marrow, and nerves are humbled before You." When he raised his head, he said: "God hears the one who praises Him. Our Lord, to You is praise, filling the heavens, filling the earth, filling what is between them, and filling whatever You will after that." When he prostrated, he said: "O God, to You I have prostrated, to You I have submitted, and in You I have believed. My face has prostrated to the One who created it and shaped it and perfected its form, and split its hearing and sight. Blessed is God, the best of creators." When he said the salam, he said: "O God, forgive me what I have sent ahead, what I have delayed, what I have concealed, and what I have done excessively, and what You know better than I. You are the Advancer and the Delayer; there is no god but You."
