وَنَاهُ مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّهَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ: الْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Translation
