✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Mu'adh to Yemen, he commanded him to take from every thirty cattle a tabi' or tabi'ah, a jadha' or jadha'ah, and from every forty cattle a musinnah. They said: 'What about the awqas?' He said: 'He did not command me anything regarding them, and I will ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when I arrive.' When he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he asked him, and he said: 'There is nothing due on them.'
