Chain of narrators
- al-Ḥasan b. ʿArafah
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Rahman Abu Hafs al-Abbar reported to us from Ismail b. Muslim from Amr b. Dinar from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas from the Prophet ﷺ, similarly. We do not know this hadith being narrated from Ibn Abbas except through this route with this chain, and the hadith of Qatadah we do not know anyone narrating it except Sa'id b. Bashir from him. We mentioned it from Ismail b. Muslim, even though Ismail b. Muslim has been criticized, because the hadith of Sa'id we did not memorize except from Abu al-Mughirah, so we wanted to show that someone other than him also narrated it.
