Musnad al-Bazzar 4647

وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

" إِذَا نَكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الرَّجُلَانِ كِلَاهُمَا، فَأَحَقُّ النَّاكِحَيْنِ أَوَّلُهُمَا، وَالْبَيْعُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الرَّجُلَانِ سِلْعَةً وَاحِدَةً، فَأَحَقُّهُمَا أَوَّلُهُمَا

Translation

✧ "When two men both marry the same woman, the more entitled of the two husbands is the first of them. And in the case of a sale, when two men purchase the same commodity, the more entitled of them is the first of them."
