4392 4385 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ: نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، قَالَ:
نَا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ. وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَسْنَدَ كَهْمَسٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ كَهْمَسٍ إِلَّا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ
Translation
Chain of narrators

- Yūsuf b. Yaʿqūb al-Ḍubaʿī
✧ Kahmas b. al-Hasan narrated to us, from 'Abd Allah b. Buraydah, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ something similar. We do not know of Kahmas having a chain from 'Abd Allah b. Buraydah from his father other than this hadith, nor do we know anyone who narrated it from Kahmas except Yusuf b. Ya'qub.
