حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: نَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ -:

" مَوْتُ الْمُؤْمِنِ بِعَرَقِ الْجَبِينِ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿAmr b. ʿAlī
  2. Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd
  3. al-Muthanná b. Saʿīd
  4. Qatādah
  5. ʿAbdullāh b. Buraydah
  6. his father
  7. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ
