حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَا: نَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
