4318 4311 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْمَرَ، قَالَ:
نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِهِ. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ أَوْثَقَ مِنْ شُعْبَةَ، وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ عَلَى رِوَايَتِهِ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ فَاجْتَزَأْنَا بِشُعْبَةَ، وَخَالَفَهُ مَعْمَرٌ فَقَالَ: عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ
Translation

✧ Abū Dāwūd reported to us, saying: Shu'bah, from 'Alī b. Zayd, from al-Naḍr b. Anas, from Zayd b. Arqam, from the Prophet ﷺ, with its like. And this hadith—we do not know anyone who narrated it from Qatādah, from al-Naḍr b. Anas, from Zayd who is more trustworthy than Shu'bah, and more than one followed him in its narration, so we were content with Shu'bah. But Ma'mar disagreed with him and said: from Qatādah, from al-Naḍr b. Anas, from Anas.
