✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was at al-Abtah when Bilal came to him and informed him of the prayer. He called for ablution water and performed ablution. The people began taking the ablution water of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and wiping themselves with it. He said: Then Bilal took the short spear and walked with it with him, and he made the call to commence the prayer. He planted it in front of him, while the riding camels passed in front of him: the woman, the donkey, and the camel.

machine translationGood and sound (ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ). Mughulṭāy said: This is not a declaration of soundness for the ḥadīth of Ḥajjāj; rather he meant to declare sound the ḥadīth of Abū Juḥayfah in itself, and likewise it is sound in its origin.
