وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ - يَعْنِي - ابْنَ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ
كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ - بِالْأَبْطَحِ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَأَذَّنَ بِلَالٌ فَجَعَلَ أُصْبُعَيْهِ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَكَانَ يَدُورُ فِي أَذَانِهِ

✧ I was with the Prophet ﷺ at al-Abtah, and I prayed with him the noon and afternoon prayers, two rak'ahs each. Bilal made the call to prayer and placed his fingers in his ears, and he would turn around during his call.
