3980 3974 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ قَالَ: نَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ:

نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مِحْجَنٍ، أَوْ مِحْجَنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، شَكَّ قَبِيصَةُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ. وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Ibrāhīm b. Hāniʾ
  2. Qabīṣah b. ʿUqbah

✧ Sufyan narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilabah, from 'Amr b. Mihjan—or Mihjan—from Abu Dharr—Qabisah was uncertain—from the Prophet ﷺ with something similar. And we do not know of this wording being reported from Abu Dharr except through this chain.
