حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ: نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ إِلَّا بِطِيبَةِ نَفْسِهِ، وَذَلِكَ مِمَّا شَدَّدَ ﷺ مَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ مِنْ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ

✧ It is not lawful for a Muslim to take his brother's staff except with his willing consent. And that is part of what the Prophet ﷺ emphasized: what Allah has forbidden of one Muslim's property upon another Muslim.
