حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ: نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعِ قَالَ: نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا
