✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked one day, and when questions were put to him repeatedly, he became angry. Then he said to the people: "Ask me whatever you wish." A man stood up and said: "Who is my father, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Your father is Salim, the freed slave of Shaybah." Another man stood up and said: "Who is my father, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Your father is Hudhafah." When Umar saw the anger on the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "O Messenger of Allah, we repent to Allah. We are pleased with Allah as Lord and with you as Messenger." Then it was relieved from him.
