✧ The first hadith of Abu Musa

3049 3049 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ:

سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدًا، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى بِنَحْوِهِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿAmr b. ʿAlī
  2. al-Muʿtamir b. Sulaymān

✧ I heard Humayd, from al-Hasan, from Hittan b. 'Abdullah al-Raqashi, from Abu Musa with something similar to it, and he did not raise it to the Prophet.
