حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: نَا أَبِي، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى - وَهُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" فِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا اسْتُوعِبَ جَدْعُهُ الدِّيَةُ، وَفِي الْعَيْنِ خَمْسُونَ، وَفِي الْيَدِ خَمْسُونَ، وَفِي الرِّجْلِ خَمْسُونَ، وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ، وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ إِصْبَعٍ مِمَّا هُنَاكَ عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ

✧ "For the nose, if it is entirely cut off, the full blood money; for the eye, fifty; for the hand, fifty; for the foot, fifty; for the penetrating wound, one-third of the blood money; for the bone-displacing wound, fifteen; for the wound exposing bone, five; for the tooth, five; and for each finger of those, ten, ten."
