2564 2557 - وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَرُزِّيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْخَزَّازُ، قَالَ:

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ

    a well-known Companiond. Ibn Ḥibbān said: he died after ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān was killed. In al-Samʿānī's Amālī: 40 AH. Ibn ʿAbd al-Barr deemed correct that he died in the year 54 AH. Muṣʿab al-Zubayrī said: 58 AH or 59 AH
