machine translationʿAmr b. Dīnār narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Ibn ʿUyaynah narrated it from ʿAmr b. Dīnār, from Ibn Abī Mulaykah, from al-Miswar. Dāwūd al-ʿAṭṭār narrated it from ʿAmr as a mursal report. Al-Layth and Ibn Lahīʿah narrated it from Ibn Abī Mulaykah, who is ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUbaydillāh b. ʿAbdillāh b. Abī Mulaykah al-Qurashī al-Taymī, from al-Miswar b. Makhramah. Ayyūb al-Sakhtiyānī differed from them and narrated it from Ibn Abī Mulaykah, from ʿAbdullāh b. al-Zubayr. The hadith of al-Miswar b. Makhramah is closer to being correct.
