حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ الْخَيَّاطُ الْكُوفِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ الْغَفَّارِ، قَالَ: نَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
كُنَّا نَعُدُّ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَنَّ الْإِمَّعَةَ هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يُدْعَى فَيَأْتِي مَعَهُ بِمَنْ لَمْ يُدْعَ
