حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحَرَشِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النُّمَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ، سَيَأْتِي بَعْدِي قَوْمٌ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ مَوَاقِيتِهَا، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَقُلْتُ: كَيْفَ تَأْمُرُنِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: يَا ابْنَ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ إِنْ أَدْرَكْتَهُمْ فَلَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ الْخَالِقِ

✧ O 'Abdullah, there will come after me a people who will delay the prayers from their proper times. 'Abdullah said, 'How do you command me, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'O Ibn Umm 'Abd, if you live to see them, there is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator.'
