حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، عَنِ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

إِنَّ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ: سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ثَلَاثًا، وَفِي سُجُودِهِ: سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى ثَلَاثًا

✧ It is from the Sunnah that a man says in his bowing: 'Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent' three times, and in his prostration: 'Glory be to my Lord, the Most High' three times.
