✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ lay down on a straw mat, and it left marks on his side. I said: O Messenger of Allah, if you ordered us, we would make a bed for you to protect you from the mat. He said: "What do I have to do with this world? What am I and this world? My example and that of this world is like a rider who sought shade under a tree, then departed and left it."
