حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الصَّائِغُ، قَالَ: نَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ، قَالَ: نَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، أَنَّ عَمَّارَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ - وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: أَنَّ عُمَارَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ - حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ - يَعْنِي: الزُّهْرِيَّ - أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِذَا زَنَتِ الْأَمَةُ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ بِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ

Abū Shaybah narrated it from Manṣūr, from al-Zuhrī, from Abū Hurayrah, with no one between them. ʿAmmār b. Abī Farwah narrated it from al-Zuhrī, from ʿUrwah, from ʿAmrah, from ʿĀʾishah. The correct one is the ḥadīth of ʿUbaydullāh from Abū Hurayrah and Zayd b. Khālid. The ḥadīth of ʿUbaydullāh from Shibl from ʿAbdullāh b. Mālik is not raised (marfūʿ), and likewise the ḥadīth of ʿUrwah from ʿAmrah from ʿĀʾishah.
