حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مَنْجُوفٍ، قَالَ: نَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، قَالَ: نَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ:
كُنْتُ أُرَجِّلُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ، وَكَانَ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةٍ - أَوْ: لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ - فَكَانَ يُدْنِي إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ فَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ

✧ I used to comb the Prophet's ﷺ hair while he was in i'tikaf, and he would not enter the house except for a need—or: for a human need. He would bring his head close to me, and I would comb it while he was in i'tikaf.
