أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ: أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، وَعَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ سُئِلُوا عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَصَابَ أَهْلَهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ بِالْحَجِّ، فَقَالُوا: يَنْفُذَانِ لِوَجْهِهِمَا حَتَّى يَقْضِيَا حَجَّهُمَا، ثُمَّ عَلَيْهِمَا الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ وَالْهَدْيُ. وَقَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ: فَإِذَا أَهَلَّا بِالْحَجِّ عَامَ قَابِلٍ تَفَرَّقَا حَتَّى يَقْضِيَا حَجَّهُمَا
