9247 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ: الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَغَيْرِهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَرَوَاهُ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ فَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ: الْمُحْرِمُ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ. وَرَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَقَالَ:
الْمُحْرِمُ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ وَقَالَا جَمِيعًا إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
