✧ A Man Hires Himself Out to a Man to Serve Him Then Enters Ihram for Hajj with Him, or Rents Out His Camels Then Performs Hajj, and It Suffices Him

أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الْعَتَكِيُّ الصَّبَغِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا اللَّبَّادُ يَعْنِي أَحْمَدَ بْنَ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَكْرَيْتُ نَفْسِي إِلَى الْحَجِّ وَاشْتَرَطْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنْ أَحُجَّ، أَفَيُجْزِئُ ذَلِكَ عَنِّي ؟ قَالَ: أَنْتَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللهُ: أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ
