أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا رَوْحٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقْرَأُ ( وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطَوَّقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ ) فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: لَيْسَتْ مَنْسُوخَةً؛ هُوَ الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْكَبِيرَةُ لَا يَسْتَطِيعَانِ أَنْ يَصُومَا فَيُطْعِمَا مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا
