أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي حَكِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي حُرَّةَ:

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمٌ سَمَّاهُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فِيهِ، فَوَافَقَ ذَلِكَ يَوْمَ أَضْحَى أَوْ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَصُومُ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى وَلَا يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ، وَلَا يَأْمُرُ بِصِيَامِهِمَا
