✧ The pregnant and nursing woman who are unable to fast break their fast and make up without expiation, like the sick person

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، ثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَوَادَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ - رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ - قَالَ:

أُصِيبَتْ إِبِلٌ لَهُ، فَأَتَى الْمَدِينَةَ فِي طَلَبِ إِبِلِهِ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَوَافَقَهُ وَهُوَ يَتَغَدَّى، فَقَالَ: " هَلُمَّ إِلَى الْغَدَاءِ "، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الصِّيَامَ وُضِعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ، وَشَطْرَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَعَنِ الْحُبْلَى وَالْمُرْضِعِ
