( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ الطُّوسِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ قُتَيْبَةَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْعَزِيزِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ يَقُولُ: قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَمَالَ إِلَى مَجْلِسِ الْعَلَاءِ، يَعْنِي فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ فَأَقَامَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا انْتَصَفَ شَعْبَانُ فَلَا تَصُومُوا
