وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَاضِرُ بْنُ الْمُوَرِّعِ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ طَلْقٍ، قَالَ:

سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ، فَيَقُولُ بَعْضُهُمْ: هَذَا مِنْ شَعْبَانَ، وَبَعْضُهُمْ: هَذَا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: لَا تَصُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوُا الْهِلَالَ، وَلَا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّى تَرَوُا الْهِلَالَ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ ثَلَاثِينَ
