أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ: عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ، قَالَ:
أَوْصَى إِلَيَّ رَجُلٌ بِطَائِفَةٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ أَضَعُهَا، فَأَتَيْتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ فَاسْتَأْمَرْتُهُ فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ أَوْ فِي الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، فَقَالَ: أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَوْ كُنْتُ لَمْ أَعْدِلْ بِالْمُهَاجِرِينَ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَثَلُ الَّذِي يُعْتِقُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي بَعْدَ الشِّبَعِ
