أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَغَيْرُهُ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، ( ح ): وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:
مُرَّ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ بِغَنَمٍ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَرَأَى فِيهَا شَاةً حَافِلًا ذَاتَ ضَرْعٍ عَظِيمٍ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: مَا هَذِهِ الشَّاةُ ؟ فَقَالُوا: شَاةٌ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: مَا أَعْطَى هَذِهِ أَهْلُهَا وَهُمْ طَائِعُونَ، لَا تَفْتِنُوا النَّاسَ، لَا تَأْخُذُوا حَرَزَاتِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، نَكِّبُوا عَنِ الطَّعَامِ
