قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَا:

مَنْ أَسْلَفَ مَالًا فَعَلَيْهِ زَكَاتُهُ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ إِذَا كَانَ فِي ثِقَةٍ
