وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ:

لَيْسَ فِي مَالِ الْمُكَاتَبِ، وَلَا الْعَبْدِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يُعْتَقَ
