أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ إِذَا سَوَّى عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمَ إِلَيْكَ الْأَهْلَ وَالْعِيَالَ وَالْمَالَ وَالْعَشِيرَةَ وَذَنْبُهُ عَظِيمٌ فَاغْفِرْ لَهُ
