وَقَدْ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ -:
لَوْ ثَبَتَ ذَلِكَ قُلْنَا بِهِ، وَقُلْنَا أَيْضًا: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ بِهِمْ مِنَ الْغَدِ، خَرَجَ بِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْغَدِ. وَقُلْنَا: يُصَلِّي فِي يَوْمِهِ بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ
