أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَحْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ كَوْثَرٍ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ التَّمَّارُ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ شُهِدَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى هِلَالِ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ، فَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ أَنْ يُفْطِرُوا، وَأَنْ يَخْرُجُوا لِعِيدِهِمْ مِنَ الْغَدِ
