أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَحْمُوَيْهِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَلَانِسِيُّ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيَّ يَقُولُ:

أَتَانَا كِتَابُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ بِأَذْرَبِيجَانَ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْحَرِيرِ إِلَّا هَكَذَا، وَأَشَارَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ اللَّتَيْنِ تَلِيَانِ الْإِبْهَامَ، قَالَ: فَمَا عَتَّمْنَا أَنَّهُ يَعْنِي الْأَعْلَامَ.
