أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّيَّارِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدَانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ، أَنْبَأَ يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي السَّائِبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ

أَنَّ الْأَذَانَ الْأَوَّلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ كَانَ أَوَّلُ حِينَ يَجْلِسُ الْإِمَامُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَهْدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي خِلَافَةِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ وَكَثُرَ النَّاسُ أَمَرَ بِالْأَذَانِ الثَّالِثِ فَأُذِّنَ بِهِ عَلَى الزَّوْرَاءِ فَثَبَتَ الْأَمْرُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ
